On the fingers of Italian Boot may drink coffee in Tropea and Scilla, in Reggio Calabria look in the Museum of Greek bronze statue, and in Villa San Giovanni board on the ferry to Sicily.

Aspromonte National Park stretches about Calabrias highest mountain, 1955 meters high Montalto. As far as the nature is beautiful and gorgeous, the villages are ugly. A closer you coming, you get the impression of misery, loneliness, poverty.
Villages in the interior of Calabria should stand from the time of the Greeks - Roccaforte del Greco, the Greek fortress. Around the year 1000, however, is here in the run from the Saracens dwelt local population.
